Julie Zhou is the Human Resources Executive of IBM Global Delivery and based in Shanghai China.

Julie has over nineteen years of HR leadership experience in a variety of enterprises and industries as well as good HR Asia Pacific regional management experience in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, India, China, HongKong, Korea, Japan and Taiwan. Her career spans the hospitality industry, state owned enterprises, and multinational organizations.

Julie is responsible for leading and integrating the HR function into a consultative partnership role with business leaders in region and local level in her career in the areas of Organizational development, Change management, Leadership and empowerment, sales performance management, HR Management, Staffing.

Julie holds a bachelor degree in Economics Law from East China Law University and a Diploma in management from China Europe International Business School(CEIBS).

Teri is the Regional Channels Manager for Agfa ASEAN. Having worked in Agfa(http://www.agfa.com/) for 15 years, she now oversees more than 50% of Agfa's graphics business in ASEAN. Regional business grew by almost 70% under her leadership since 2007. In 2008, she was ranked as one of the top 10 Best Sales Managers within Agfa Asia. Prior to her regional responsibility, Teri led Agfa Singapore's sales team for 7 years where her top clients include local print luminaries to the likes of public-listed newspaper group Singapore Press Holdings and regional magazine printer, Times Group.

Including Agfa, Teri has over 20 years' selling experience in the printing industry, spanning ASEAN and Western Europe in the pre-press segment. For the last 8 years, Teri served as an Exco member in the management committee of Singapore's print association (Print Media Association of Singapore). She was instrumental in the revamp of Publications and was for several years the Consultant for Social Committee, organizing events to foster networking within her industry. She was also Golf Director.

Teri holds a business degree in Export Marketing from Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College. A self-starter, Teri sees every work hurdle as an opportunity to learn and benefit. She firmly believes a leader must be a great communicator. In this aspect, she views Singapore's Senior Minister, Mr Lee Kuan Yew, as her role model. At 41, Teri is a happy mother of 2 (daughter 2.5 years old and son 9months old). Between balancing work and family, Teri and her husband enjoy golf and snow-skiing although she prefers to be identified as an avid scuba-diver for her love of the sea.
