- From October 1, 2016, foreign companies participating in procurement under the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement have been handled in the same manner as domestic companies that promote work-life balance by obtaining verification that they meet equivalent standards under relevant laws and regulations, in accordance with the guidelines below.
- This verification is carried out by the Cabinet Office, and foreign companies that have been verified to have fulfilled the standards equivalent to certification can be evaluated in procurement.
