Male leaders General Meeting took place with more than 100 women and 30 male leaders involving in an empowerment of women. Male leaders are promoting active roles of women based on the "Declaration on Action by A Group of Male Leaders Who will Create a Society in which Women Shine". [PDF:92KB]

At the meeting, male leaders shared best practices and discussed cooperation with regional organizations, work style innovation, training and promotion of women and change in awareness of men.

Mr. Katsunobu KATO, Minister in charge of Women’s Empowerment and Minister of State for Gender Equality, took part in this meeting, and discussed importance of women’s empowerment.
