Male leaders General Meeting took place with more than 100 women and male leaders involving in an empowerment of women. Male leaders are promoting an active role of women based on the "Declaration on Action by A Group of Male Leaders Who will Create a Society in which Women Shine". [PDF:92KB]

At the meeting, Minister Kato in charge of the women's empowerment and gender equality has also signed up to the declaration.

The number of Male leaders endorsed the declaration has been reached 100 as of March 2016. The details are shown here.
