日本・ニュージーランド 男女共同参画ジョイントシンポジウム

本シンポジウムは、男女共同参画先進国として知られているニュージーランドの意思決定過程や職場における女性への支援に関する経験や男女共同参画を推進する施策導入の経緯等を知り、日本における男女共同参画推進に資することを目的としています。

This Symposium aims to raise awareness about the importance of promoting a gender-equal society in Japan, including through increasing the proportion of women in decision-making positions; by learning about New Zealand's experiences in supporting women in the workplace and in leadership, and introducing measures to promote gender equality.
